      Good stuff for when you're pissed off?

      I don't really know how to deal much anymore, I was always pissed off when I was twelve but recently my life has been going great for months on end. I can honestly say now im pissed off for the first time in a long time.

      So what is there for some stress relief? I feel like a complete asshole.

      I'm a musical person, maybe some music.
      Maybe some relaxing games.

      The only good thing you can do is deep meditation, yoga, boxing (or punch a bag), running/sprinting....etc

      Good luck with reducing stress, plz its not healthy to be stressed. Try a really physical activity like running or try something relaxing like meditation...try anything physical except attacking people of course lol.
      I would rather die on my feet then to live on my knees.

      Hmm...I'm sort of a mellow dude, so not sure how valuable my advice is going to be, but I'll give it a shot.

      Last time I was pissed, I didn't bother meditating (as that usually just makes me more pissed), and instead ranted to myself, conversation style. Ever have an out-loud conversation with yourself? You can learn a lot. At the end of my rant (with the other me agreeing all the way), I wasn't pissed anymore. Don't know if it just wore off and I assumed my normal mellow self, or if simply letting it out made it go away, or if I came to the conclusion that in the grand scheme of things, it wasn't worth working myself into a froth about.

      I suppose you could also try repressing the experience. Pretend it never happened. Don't think about it, just hide it away and forget about it. Seal it up. Emotion? Nay, you are a stoic! Emotion is for the weak. Granted, this approach will likely lead to therapy down the road, but I find it quite effective at times.

      Or, music is very nice. And probably not psychologically traumatizing.

      I'm a very laid back person, so even if I don't to anything, I can unpiss myself (lol, sounds funny)

      But I find music works best, especially if you can sing with it

      Also, a short hike, bikeride, run, or workout can bring down your pissedness I'd think

      Well some times if you are upset about something, the best thing to do is to solve the problem. Use it as motivation to correct whatever is pissing you off.

      Actually I did fix what happened on the ninth when I posted this. Fixed it last night. :p

      What a great outcome.

      However there was another problem last night. I'm perfectly over it now, but I had instant anger and regret and sadness when I woke up at 2AM and was thrashing in bed for hours.

      Good now, but it was insanely hard to cope.

      Go Yahtzee on whatever is making you pissed and write a scathing review. Guitar string break? Write an angry review against the company's guitar strings. Person pissing you off? Go apeshit on them. Makes me feel better.
