Cool Isochronic Tones mp3 - WILD in 30 minutes!

This track will help you WILD or fall asleep, depending on your resolve. It starts out at a nominal volume, and eventually the volume goes to zero over 32 minutes. You should listen to it loudly enough to hear the "whooshing" described below, or whatever is comfortable. Remember, it's going to fade out...Good Luck!

      Download the following file:

      Sleep in 30 minutes

      Follow these instructions:
      1. You will get much better results if you listen to this with Headphones or Earphones.
      2. Get into a comfortable position where you will fall asleep.
      3. Turn on the recording, and relax completely. Don't move at all.
      4. Breathe steadily from your stomach. In through the nose, out through the mouth.
      5. Listen for a "whooshing" sound caused by the interference of the pink noise with the tones. It sounds like a helicopter blade moving slowly: like air moving.
      6. Stay focused on that sound as long as you can.

At this point just continue relaxing. Scan your body and make sure none of your muscles are tense, including your forehead, jaw, neck, and shoulders.

After a while, you may feel Transition coming on. That point where your thoughts kind of take you down a very strange track. When you think about it, you realize, "What a strange train of thought". You are actually almost asleep at this point, but think you are awake. If you are good at WILDing, then you should be able to take it from there, as this is the point where you can WILD. Take over. The sound will fade away, leaving you to explore your dreams.

This has only worked for me once, and it collapsed, but it did work. Most of the time, I fall asleep before the end. I would love to hear how it works for others.

      Good Luck!

I'll download it right now and give it a shot. I'm going to bed in literally five minutes, so this is perfect. Thanks.

Edit: it was extremely hot in the house last night, so I became uncomfortable. I had to put it away, but before I did, it made me feel very heavy and relaxed. I think it could work.

So, listen to this during a WBTB?

You can do it any time. I sometimes try to WILD during the afternoon. If you are doing a WBTB where you get up and move around for several minutes, then yes, this might work.

Ok I tried it last night. For me it was successful with helping with sleep. I slept very good. My only problem is none of the aids seem to keep me down. But I was knocked out initially.
But it worked like a charm. I went out, and woke up about an hour later.

I tried last night during a WBTB and fell asleep quite fast. I was hoping to keep my mind awake enough to WILD, but that didn't happen.

Isochronic Tones WILD with trigger MP3 (20 minutes)

Thanks to everyone that tried Sleep in 30 minutes. I have designed another Isochronic tones sequence specifically for use with WILD. This track is 20 minutes long, and takes you down to 6 Hz pretty quick. It stays there for a long time so that you can relax and get comfortable. At 19:11 into the track, a trigger goes off. This is to pull you back from going totally to sleep, and hopefully will induce your LD. You should downlod two files. One is the actual file. This is what you listen to. The other is the trigger file, which is the sound you will hear at 19:11.

      Follow these instructions:

      Download these files:

      1. WBTB WILD with trigger.mp3
      2. WBTB WILD trigger sound.mp3

Prior to going to bed, listen to the trigger sound, and say to yourself, "When I hear this sound, I will do a Reality Check". Do this as much as you can to prep yourself. The more you do this, the more effective this technique will be.

      1. After a WBTB, put on the headphones or earbuds (it might work with just loudspeakers because they are Isochronic, not Binaural).
      2. Concentrate on the whooshing sound, and clear your mind. Let your thoughts take you where they may.
      3. At 19:11, you will hopefully be in the Transition Phase. You will hear wind chimes. This is your trigger.
      4. Do a RC immediately. If you fail, try again from step one.

P.S.: You could also use this with an MP3 type alarm clock, and set it for 6 hours after you go to bed. Just a thought. You would have to have it turn off automatically after it plays, or have it autosnooze for 90 minutes...

      Good Luck!

I should be a fairly decent Guinea Pig for this test. Binaural beats do little to nothing to me. I've tried iDose and had only one significant reaction to the LSD where my friend appeared to stand up and leave without moving his legs. I think I was actually a sleep when this happened, but I'll give it credit.

I know this is different, but I believe I may be immune to this type of therapy. I'll give it a go tonight (all of them if I can stand it) since I want to sleep early tonight.

      Well, I got my results.

I decided to do a WBTB, even though I woke up ages after my alarm was gonna wake me up... supposedly. I checked my phone and it was on for 8:45 AM, but I have no memory of waking up and turning the alarm off. It was 10 AM, and I wanted to do a WBTB. I got the WBTB WILD MP3 and tried it out. No luck. It kept me awake despite the fact that my arms were slightly numb. I tried the "Sleep in 30 minutes" MP3. Worked like a charm. I completely fell asleep after that and got about 3 to 4 dreams. One lucid (but unfortunately woke up after realizing that I was dreaming) and another that was nearly close to making me lucid and was pretty damn vivid.

I think you should lower the frequency just a little bit more for the WBTB WILD MP3, for those who find it hard to sleep after they've woken up. Thanks.

Not really. It's just like any music. If you want to hear every nuance, headphones are best. You can compensate by increasing the volume, but this may not be practical. As long as you can hear the beats, it will work...

I've got a question. You mentioned the tones going down to 6Hz, but I was under the impression most headphones couldn't reproduce audio below around 12-15. I'm probably missing something here.

You are correct that headphones cannot reproduce sinusoidal frequencies below 20-40 hz. Not only that, the human ear cannot hear sinusoidal frequencies below 40 hz. With that said, think of a drum beat. It is possible for a drummer to beat the drum faster than once a second. If he does this, you will hear a "beat" more than once a second. The same thing is true of Isochronic tones. At 6hz, a beat is heard 6 times every second. It consists of a short burst of audible sound that lasts only a fraction of a second, played multiple times during that second. This gives you an audible beat that that you can hear. See picture below.
