DreamBoost - has anyone tried it?

I saw it in a health store I was wandering around in (my mother was renewing her driver's license and it was right next door, and I was bored) and it looked exactly like what I was needing. I spotted a box labeled "DreamBoost" and looked over the ingredients. It had melatonin and other vitamins I remember reading about that helped.

Should I try it, or just stick to melatonin and B6?

I just bought some B6 earlier, gonna try it tonight.
I'm don't have any melatonin...and I don't think I'm going to buy it (I have an anxiety disorder, so that won't help haha)
but try the dream boost

Ohh I like it.. Lol Has a lot of good things in it. They also give out samples for the cost of shipping. I might have to get some.

I tried it and it did not work for me. My wife tried it as well and it didn't work for her either.

I tried it and it did not work for me either. But I must say I felt great the next day full of energy and feeling really well rested.

I got some through Amazon. One thing I've seen is it takes a few days since it's smaller amounts. I mean it has Calea, Mugwort, and Wild Lettuce, all of which are useful in Lucid Dreaming.

I'll give it a go, and if that doesn't work, I'll report back.

Interesting.

I took one pill at 8:30 and finally went to sleep at 9:40, only to be awakened by my wife at 11:15. While awake, I was incapable of staying awake. Finally crashed again, and I had a SUPER longer vivid dream. Gonna up it to 2 pills tonight and see if I can go lucid.

I think its better to take the raw ingrediants and make ur own cocktail of lucidity. On a perfect night(when i have the items available) i take 100mg b6, 5mg melatonin, a banana, bread, eggs, and a few slices of cheese. All of which help with lucidity. As a caution do not take that much very often at all. Terrible effects possible.
