      Melatonin..help.

      Alrighty, I'm going to the store today to pick up some melatonin. I have a few questions though.

      - How long before laying down to go to sleep should I take it?
      - How manu miligrams should I take? I think the pills are 3mg.
      - If I take to much, will it have a negative effect?

      I'd take it one or two hours before lying down... It has to start working before you get into bed, so you get tired. And I suggest not taking too much; I'm not sure what'd happen... Not sure how much you should take because I've never used it myself.

      Start with a single 3mg dose. You can safely take more, but after after 2-3 pills it starts to have the opposite effect: it will keep you awake.
      I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
