      vitamin b12 and b6

      hey I've had vitamin b6 for a month or so, got 2 lucids out of it but i just bought some b12 which I heard is also good
      should I take both of them for an LD?
      I'm in a dryspell and usually never use suppliments
      but how long should i take them before bed?

      I've been taking those for about half a year now. Vitamin B is water soluble. So when you Urinate it, all the effects are pretty much gone. I'd recommend you take these during WBTB. B6 is known for causing insomnia, so take it during WBTB for the BEST results because you will be very tired and fall back to sleep.

      A question for you. how many mgs is the B6 and B12?
