My mom bought some of this drink and I was reading on it and it posses alot of B-Vitamins
B3- 15%
B5- 15%
B6- 15%
B12-15%

I drink like 5 of these a day(My diet is mostly composed of Liquid, Simply because I'm to lazy to cook or chew) and Recently I've noticed an increase in Recall, vividness, awareness, and clarity. I haven't taken anything else to help with this so I'm assuming it's the drinks.
Not to mention its really good :)
I thought some of you might want to now about something that can help, one downfall, it has 49 mg of caffeine in it, caffeine doesn't have an effect on me besides helping me focus, the whole reason(they say) to put the B Vitamins in there was to even out the caffeine effect and help you focus and keep you alert.
Anybody else come across drinks that are openly available that help with dreaming?

I think energy drinks sometimes have a lot of B6 in them. This delicious stuff has 70% RDA in it.

Im gonna try it out even though energy drinks are usually really unhealthy for you in alot of ways. Honestly I don't really care. My friend won't drink energy drinks even though he does alot of drugs which I find funny :D

and one of the other ingriedents is Cream :) not helpful for dreaming but I just find that funny
Also has Apple Juice in it.

I'm pretty sire that's called using a little to much? Maybe taking a 1000mg pill isn't the best way to go.
