The file is no longer available. Could you provide a different link ? Thanks.
It's no longer available because the thread was made over 5 months ago, haha.

I wouldn't get your hopes up to get this MP3. Though, I would have liked to hear it as well.
At the risk of getting in trouble from a necro...
iso-tones com/LucidDreaming mp3 ("Lucid Dreaming (Original)") - This 30-minute track is designed to aid in the induction of lucid dreams and is meant to be used either while going to sleep or while performing the WBTB (wake back to bed) technique. It contains a filtered background track rather than actual isochronic pulses because the background sounds are much easier to fall asleep to while listening. And remember, always do a reality check once your in there.
iso-tones com/LucidDreamingBrownNoise mp3 ("Lucid Dreaming (Brown Noise)") - This 30-minute track uses filtered brown noise rather than a background music track to aid in the induction of lucid dreams. Best if used with the WBTB technique.
iso-tones com/LucidSpike mp3 ("Lucid Spike") - This Lucid Dreaming tone is something completely different from the other 2 tones currently offered here. It is meant to be used after a WBTB and begins with 20 minutes of silence. The user should attempt to fall asleep naturally during the silence. Following the silence is a spike in brainwave activity designed to trigger lucidity from within the dreamstate. 40 minutes long.
These are all from iso-tones com/index php/tones/luciddreaming
Sorry for links not being actual links; just replace the spaces with periods. (Stupid seven-day rule. <.<)
EDIT: oh, if you want to save them to your computer instead of just listening, go to the last link I typed, right-click any of them, and Save As/Save Linked File As/etc.
Iso-Tones - Lucid Dreaming
Linked for you. I hated that 7 day rule too. :P
I'll try the first one when I go to bed tonight, then. Though I'll admit I'm just a bit scared of the WBTB technique...I've read enough creepypasta/scary stories/etc that the thought of sleep paralysis is absolutely frightening. Will report results tomorrow...maybe this'll get me back into LDing.
(and thanks for the linkage, Caretaker!)
Also tried the Isochronic Tones from that side myself, they did'nt work for me yet but I wouldn't say they're ineffective, at least they gave me the feeling of being slightly closer. As for the mp3 of the Unexplainable I think It'd be inappropriate to just post links to it here since it's not free stuff (or is it fine to just post links like that?). But if you're desperate to try exactly that thing you could probably easily find it through searching with google or filestube or the likes. Personally I think going with the free stuff is just as good as well.
Tried the MP3 last night...couldn't get the slightest amount of sleep, let alone a lucid dream. Stupid sleeping patterns. Will try again tonight, I guess...
Interesting... Will try this when having a nap later ;) Maybe it'll work. Thanks for sharing!
These songs sound great, thanks TheAuthor! I'll be trying them tonight and i'll report back the results.
I'm Gonna wipe my old 1st gen ipod shuffle clean tonight and try the "lucid spike" one. Sounds cool, if this works for me, then lucids will become super easy ;)
I think I still have the Iso tone on my old computer but I won't be back home till around the 17th but I'd be happy to upload it for you guys then if I still have it :)
Well, the sounds alone did not initiate a LD, however everything was more vivid than regular non-lucid dreams are. also, i used the one with 10 mins silence then quiet train noises. Pretty cool!
I have used the unexplainable store tone many times. If I'm a little tired, then it works to get me in the dream most of the time. Staying anchored is still tough, but with WBTBs and just taking naps I've had a lot of success with it.
