      Arrow Lucid dreamless help

      Hi

I think I've lucid dreamed once, but it seems more like a lost memory than anything and I made no effort to induce it. Now my interest is peaked and I would like to induce lucid dreams but I need help. I've tried things like taking deep breaths, listening to hypnotizing soundtracks and other things but I found them to be a complete waste of time.

      Anyway,

I came across the book Advanced Lucid Dreaming: The power of supplements but I haven't tried anything in the book even though it seems there are very effective ways to induce vivid lucid dreams. Have any of you read this book and tried any of the supplement combos? The book offers a lot of no-nonsense information and I think its my only chance to experience a true lucid dream.

Just wanted to discuss this and hopefully get some help from members here.

Yes the book is great and the primary trigger of galantamine & choline has made me lucid several times

Great! What procedures did you take exactly and when did you begin lucid dreaming?

I take 100mg of 5-HTP before going to sleep for REM rebound effect (no early REM sleep). I wake up naturally after about 4 hours of sleep and take 8mg of galantamine (Glantamind) and 300mg of choline bitarate and 300mg of Alph-GPC and lay back down and tell myself that "I will Lucid dream" and try to go to sleep. It usually takes me about 1.5 hours to fall asleep and I feel waves in my head right before sleep and the next thing i know I'm dreaming and aware of it. They I just do a RC and I becomje lucid.

The first 4 times I took the G/C combo I failed because I was too excited and failed to fall back to sleep. But when I did become able to sleep, it has worked each time.

      Good luck

To be honest,I do not like using supplements...
Simply try methods like WILD,MILD,DEILD,etc etc...
oh,and btw...I'm just jealous cause galantamine & choline are banned/prescription here in Malaysia -.-''

The idea is to remain in a constant state of departure while always arriving..

Thank you both for your input! I would like to try the Galantamime/Choline combo though I don't know where I can find galantamine. I'll keep searching. Thanks again!
