No good. At least not on the first night. I had some other teas also that are supposed to help you sleep. Well. I fell out of bed. Haven’t done that in a long long time. It was probably the combination of my sleeping pill and the sleepy tea mix. Ouch

Some sites says it contain toxic oil in the leaves (from an article of 1930) and some says it's harmless. There is many species so it can be a confusion but maybe not. So be careful with it.

I tried the tea. It helps to remember dream but will not induce LD for you. I would say in 50% cases i have a clear dream but sometimes nothing or just insomnia.
Don't take it every night because using it you will rest less during the sleep. Just use it once in a while. I don't know how the plant works, use it at your own risk.

My gf and I have been drinking it the last 4 or 5 nights before bed (the same stuff you linked to) and have both been noticing amazingly clear recall!

No completely lucid controlled dreams yet but very vivid!
