      How much melatonin should i take?

      Hey all.

      I just bought some Melatonin TR and wanna try it tonight.
      Each pill has 10mg Vitamin b-6 and 5 mg Melatonin.

      How much should i take?

      I'd definitely suggest taking no more than one pill, and perhaps less than that. If you haven't had Melatonin in a while, I'd suggest starting at a low dose (< 3mg), and working upwards in dosage from there if needed. 5mg of Melatonin is definitely not out of the realm of possibility, but you might experience some effects which you don't want, such as intense tiredness upon awakening, strange rebound of REM, etc.
