I'm wondering if anyone has found a low-dose Yohimbe, with 1mg or less Yohimbine per pill available in the USA. The best I can find is 2mg Yohimbine capsules (with powder inside) that would be really difficult to split. I also found liquid Yohimbe but the dosage information is lacking in those.
Anyone try Yohimbe with Galantamine/Choline?
I tried the glantamine + choline and all i got was insomnia...so no go for me...i am yet to try yohimbe...try to find the conversion of luquid tablet strength vs powder...
Yeah, I get insomnia too. Tonight is GM nite and I will be adding in 200-300 mg L-theanine. It's supposed to relax you without reducing chances of lucid dreaming that Melatonin does.
Yup , i done that too i took Ltheanine 45 mins before GM hoping that it would knock me out at wbtb but that didnt work for me either....These are the list of supplements i tried : Mugwort tea , nicotine patches , GM , the infamous amino acid combo ( aspartic acid , Ltheanine , Lglutamine ) , ZMA ...they all gave me insomina even at low dosages...Recently i heard of a muscle recovery supple,ent called ''BULLET PROOF'' and i heard some good feedbacks from people who had LDs with it its a supplement that helps you sleep deeply for muscle recovery so yohimbe and this supplement is on my next hit list...
