Heya
I;m taking some supplements for a while and didn't get any improvements for RC or vividness. Among them are: B6/12 mix, Ginko+Cholin(20mg), Fishoil 1000mg

Things just started to kick in when I threw in a Banana, Mg and Applejuice before going to be. My RC improved a lot 2-4 dreams a night and the vividness was ok. No LD though cause my mind tricked me several times when I noticed sth. incongruent and made it appear logic again.
This worked for about 5 days and now I'm back no to RC or only one or two of the last images of the dream.

I remeber the bananas to be greenish before and the ones I have now are yellow. But should that make a difference?
