      Question How much Vitamin B6?

I recently bought Vitamin B6 because I heard it is a aid to lucid dreaming, but my question is how much should I take? Should I take it every day?

      I got the Vitamin B6 50mg.

      Thanks.

Vitamine B6 dosen't really give you a LD however i'll quote from an artcle

Melatonin is a neurotransmitter/hormone that is only active during sleep. The vividness might even give you a lucid dream. *
How much should you take? You should start small(50mg in your case) and increase overtime however i think that there is a potential for damage to your nerves if you take the b6 in extreme doses(200mg or more).
Take it everyday? In my experience, no.Your body would probably get too used to it,and would be less effective then when you first used it.You should take a break from using it especially after having success with it.

Probably had a vivid dream just forgot it... I might try a few different techniques of dream recall. I haven't really been doing so good on it, I belive its because I have one of the worst schedules ever. Wish me luck! Still trying to get that Lucid Dream.
