Silene Capensis Questions

i was wondering if anyone has alot of experience with this herb. from what little i have gathered, it is suppossed to make your dreams more vivid, and increase your dream recall. i have also seen reports of more "meaningfull" dreams..or "spiritual". now i was wondering if anyone could post some of their regular dreams, and then post some after taking this herb. i was wondering jsut exactly HOW much it changed your dreams...because to my understanding the effects are permanant. i was looking for the good effects of extreme vividness and recall but if its going to totally change my dreams into these "spritual" journeys everynight...i wouldn't be interested, becausee sometimes i jsut want to mess around in my dreams :p thanks in advance to anyone who replies, will be checking thread regularly for responses/ to contribute.

i suppose in short what i'm trying to say is, i'm looking to make my dreams more vivid and increase my recall...but not change the actual dream itself.i understand ther eare other threads about this, but none of them asnwered my question.
