I have heard that fish oil helps dream recall. Does it matter wether it is taken before bed or in the morning?
I've heard it help with improving memory overall, but I would like to think it helps me with my dreams aswell. I take two omega-3 pills each night before bed.
I take it because often when I eat a choc bar and burp, I get fish flavored chocolate.

Some people recommend fish oil, in particular Skate Liver Oil, as a way of de-calcifying the pineal gland. The pineal is thought to be the physical aspect of the Ajna chakra, the 'Third Eye'.
Skate Liver Oil is probably helpful for all aspects of dreaming, recall, control, lucidity, etc.
What about cod liver oil, thats what i used to take
