So I was going to make myself some chamomile tea before bed and when I looked in the box, I saw a little paper to the side of the tea bags. It was a coupon thing for Bigelow brand "Herb Plus" teas. One of the teas they listed was Cranberry & Ginseng tea. In the description, it said that this tea contains:

  • 55mg of choline
  • B Vitamin complex "that works synergistically with choline"
  • 20% RDI of niacin
  • 20% RDI of vitamin B6
  • 20% RDI of Panthothenic Acid (vitamin B5)
  • 20% RDI of Folic Acid (vitamin B9)
  • 20% RDI of vitamin B12

Is it just me or does this seem like the lucid dreamer's super-drink?

Has anybody tried it? What do you think?

Found it on their website:
