Nah man Calea Z is a joke, short acting, and way too costly for what it (might) do. I recommend Soy Lecithin cause it shoots acetyl-choline neurotransmitters through the roof, but the half life is like 2-4 hours so i would use it for WBTB, like right when you wake up take it and go back to bed and you will most likely become aware while dreaming. It works best if you only use it on occasion tho cuz ur brain will get use to that extra AC and stop making as much temporarily and therefore inhibit dreams for the following days as far as clarity is concerned. And when you get lecithin (if) you do, get the granular kind and not the gel caps cause you have to eat like 20 caps to get an equal dose of just a TB spoon in some kind of liquid, plus the gel caps tend to cause nausea for some people. If u can or will try to find some info on remeron and wellbutrin's effects on the brains neurotransmitters. I know noradrenaline, dopamine, and serotonin are all involved. Wellbutrin is a reuptake inhibitor of NA and DA, and remeron supplies heaps of NA, Serotonin, and some DA. Remeron does not, i repeat does not inhibit the reuptake of of NA, DA, or serotonin, it just supplies it. BTW, remeron is a special type of anxiolytic, AD, and insomnia med called a Tetracyclic Anti-Depressant. IDK why wellbutrin or remeron affects dreams so strongly, maybe serotonin? IDK. But please help, i need to know, i would like a better grasp of why these meds affect how they do.
