      Foods With Vitamin b6 and Tryptophan

      Vitamin b6 and tryptophan increase dream recall and dream vividness. So, eating foods with vitamin b6 and tryptophan will increase recall and vividness. Read the 2 lists below to find out many foods that give one of the 2.

      The following foods have vitamin b6:

      potatoes, bananas, beans, seeds, nuts, red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, spinach, fortified cereals, peanut butter, watermelon, wheat bran, raw pistachios (contain more than roasted) and a number of other foods.

      The following foods have tryptophan:

      chocolate, oats, bananas, durians, mangoes, dried dates, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, red meat, eggs, fish, poultry, sesame, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, spirulina, and peanuts.
