I stumbled upon Neuro Sleep while grocery shopping. It's a drink that's aimed to help you sleep easier and have a better night's sleep. However, I noticed two ingredients, Melatonin (obviously to help you sleep) and 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), both known to help induce vivid and lucid dreams. Finding that out, I bought a bottle to test it out. I'll have results tomorrow on whether it helped me get lucid or not. I'm looking forward to a good night's sleep as well. :P

Sorry for the late response, I was gone the whole day. I had no LDs, but plenty of dreams and I felt as if I'd gotten a lot more sleep than usual. I'd say it has potential. :)
I tried one. It makes you sleep deep. I had a very vivid dream in response as well. For me the magic doesn't seem to be the HTP or melatonin, but the magnesium in it. I think that helps a lot with dreams.
