Mixing Calea Zacatechichi with tea

Hello Dreamviews first time poster here. I've been lurking you guys for a few days.
So i've been looking into buying 28 grams of Calea Zacatechichi from that Bears website and I was wondering how much should I mix with my tea? 1 gram? 2? Half a gram? Thanks in advance!!

Edit: Also I went to the store today to get some apple juice because I've read it helps because of the B6 it contains but every container I looked at had no vitamin B in it at all. So i'm curious as to whether to buy it or not

As with any substance you should start small and work your way up. Start with 2g and see what it does. After that go to 4-6 depending on what you think. You should feel very slight effects: tranquility and drowsiness mainly. About the same as taking a tiny hit of shitty weed.

I suggest boiling it down to a shot or so worth of tea. It will be the most bitter, most foul, most disgusting thing you have ever tasted. The less you have to drink the better.

To have lucids you would be much better off by simply practicing WBTB MILDs for a month and increasing your perception in everyday life. But I completely understand your curiosity.
And I would strongly suggest having at least 1 lucid before trying the tea. Otherwise it will most likely be a complete waste. It is a lucid AID, it won't make you have lucids just by taking it, only slightly increase your odds.
