I'm trying to boost my recall/lucid dreams, but I don't know when the best time is to drink Apple Juice and eat a banana also. If I drink it now and go to bed in two hours, won't it waste the effect? Or does the "chemical" release a few hours later? |

Alright, thanks! I drank apple juice about 2 hours before bed, then again at 30 minutes before. I noticed I wasn't falling asleep fast, also I didn't have much recall. Probably why, though. |
