      Moved to lucid aids.

They both work differently, and differently for certain people, test out both and see what helps you most.

Unfortunately, there is no scientific evidence that either will help you lucid dream. It can alter your brainwaves and alter your mood, other than that, it does very little.

While both are relaxing to listen to and will make you sleepy, they won't actually cause lucidity. Who knows though; try them out.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Binaurals and Isochronics seem to work best when combined with a relaxing sound or songs. You'll get lucid dreams that way.
