Vitamin B6 is supposed to increase vividness/clarity. Some foods with a high amount of B6 are cereal, potatoes, bananas, chicken breasts, etc. Some people have also said peanut butter has helped with clarity. Hope I helped!
Galamantine has been known to give more vivid dreams, but it's a little harder to find than B6. I found a melatonin supplement at the store that also has B6 in it. I think it helped me sleep better (I tend to wake up during the night frequently, which is great for LDing, but terrible for sleep quality). I also noticed that my dreams were more vivid (probably due to the B6) and longer than usual.
I've heard people getting great clarity from Apples/Apple Juice.
b6 is supposed to help.. my own experience is somewhat mixed, but generally speaking yes it does make dreams more clear and vivid
bananas or whatever food have very little amounts of b6 (in absolute values), so i would suggest you get pure b6 (Pyridoxin).

I occasionally take a 100mg tabloid when i wake up for wbtb.
However, your problem might be solved without supplements. After stabilizing i would suggest you should deepen the dream a bit by palpation and looking at objects or something. After all its not that uncommon that people get lost in a lucid and continue a regular dream because they dont concentrate or restabilize after a while (if neccessary)
