      Unhappy b6 before bed

      how long before bed do i take b6 i took 250mg last night and 3 hours before i went to be and nothing happened

      3 hours sounds like a decent amount of time; maybe even try taking it 2 or 1.5 hours before bed.

      Know that while vitamin B6 is known to improve recall, not everyone sees results right away, so it might take a few times to start seeing improvements. Just keep at it.

      Supplements are hard to see solid results from. Some days you might dream alot and some days you might not. It can be anything affecting your recall instead of the supplement itself.

      Don't take it too often! It quickly loses it's effect if you take it too often, also I take it right before bed.

      It can come in a pill, but I was looking at some at the store today and it was in the form of a cherry-flavoured chewable. =D
      I guess it depends on where you buy it and what brand it is.

      I take it every night, and sometimes in the morning after drinking.

      I don't see any sort of tolerance effect...its a vitamin, its not like you build up resistance to its effects.
