      Lemonade for lucid dreaming?

      Anyone try drinking lemonade before bed? Im going to try it out tomorrow..I just read it in this ebook Download Lucid_Dreaming_Handbook.pdf.

      No it's not ^^. I think for most lemonade you can be glad if theres any lemon-juice in it
      And honestly afnan, as Matte mentioned I think it is just a placebo effect. Which does not mean you can't use it to help lucid dreaming. If you're absolutely sure a glass of lemonade will make you lucid dream this night, your confidence may indeed help a lot I think.

      I switched from drinking soda to lemonade a few months ago. I drink lemonade almost daily now, and usually before bed. I haven't noticed any different at all in my recall, vividness, or number of lucids, so personally I don't think lemonade does much of anything.

      When I believe something works and someone tells me it is a placebo, it ruins it for me.

      Anyway, I don't think lemonade would really affect your dreams much.
