It seems that lunexa and a lot of other things like chantax, an anti smoking drug, cause holucinations and such. Has anyone tried them as lucid inducing drugs?

I haven't. The problem is that they will make you sleepy, which does nothing for your awareness if I am correct. I honestly don't believe in lucid aids. The best lucid aid you can have in the dream journal

The only drug I use is Jesus Christ. Lol jk, no I don't use any supplements but a peanut butter sandwich and bananas
Sleeping pills won't do anything but make you sleep more; the same thing goes for melatonin. Like Kona said, there's nothing in it that will improve your awareness. If anything, it will make your awareness during sleep worse.
