I've been on that website before, but they only seem to ship to US?

As when I select Portugal there, and USPS being the only shipping option, this pops up:

"The shipping method you specified is not available to your address."

So, I don't know really, altough the prices and supplements seem great...

Yeah, erm I thought they did ship but just with an added fee, I don't know then

Im in Barcelona, Spain. I too had to look hard for Galantamine.
(Amazon uk and Amazon USA will not ship this product to Spain.)

Instead I use these two suppliers : - (sorry but the forum won't let me write out the full links)

I have been using the Galantamind til last week when I got the Lucid dreamer caps, Tried them out with a WBTB routine and enjoyed an long intense 100% LD followed by a series of non lucid dreams.
Also just got some FOCUS FACTOR (DMAE+ HUPERZINE + more) which I want to alternate with the GC combos.
Anyone tried Huperzine?

never tried supplements b4 i'm scared to. is there any side effects from this?

Problem is that iHerb doesn't seem to ship to Portugal, and when I try to checkout at Dreamamins, this pops up:

The shipping method you specified is not available to your address.

Still, I have emailed them just now, crossed fingers and let's see if I have any luck.

Edit: Oh God, I just tried again with iHerb and order went through, shipping was just 4$!

Be sure to read up on the use of galantamine.
Best used after 4 or 5 hours sleep, get up, take 1 tab do something for an hour (I read or do Tai Chi ) then lie down and go to sleep or try a wake induced LD (basically an OBE).

I personally sometimes have problems sleeping after the tab starts to work, so I use Theanine at the same time or drop 100mg of 5HTP at bed time.

Remember for best effects you need to stay awake for an hour or so
Often I am just too tired to stay awake for an hour and just fall back to sleep after doing the tabs so I'll just get semi lucid or just very vivid dreams.

Important: galantamine takes up to 4 days to be eliminated from the body, So allow 4 days between each attempt or you can take Piracetam 2400mg and some choline the morning after you attempt, this speeds up elimination of Galantamine and permits use of G on an alternate night basis.
BTW 2400mg of Piracetam will make you VERY focused for the day after!

An important source of info is the Book by Thomas Yuschak : "Advanced Lucid Dreaming" gives doses and lots of practical info. (its available on Amazon UK, btw Amazon have also just opened in Spain- so maybe shipping will be less for you. (Amazon.es))

I have been experimenting with supplements for 3 months now. Absolutely zero side effects. Before I started the sups I was able to induce maybe 4 LDs a month, Being a father with a small child and having a busy work schedule is not inducive for LDing!. So I tried the sups , extremely impressed I have upped my LD rate impressively (its been trial and error getting the right tabs and conditions to hit the 3rd REM cycle with the right combos for me) I also have had full on projections (the whole hog - vibrations, separation, 110 % lucid consciousness, multiple localities (being aware of lying on bed, flying in another plane, and interacting with people on another all at the same time!)
Although in the long run I obviously would like to AP / LD with out the use of sups. This is a fantastic advancement for me.

I started LDing in 1993 spontaneously but I had had only one OBE in all that time to july this year.
The second time I did sups I projected! absolutely amazing!!
( the first attempt I became lucid after having a dream in which I was being trained in how to project while using supplements!) and havent looked back since.

I recomend researching the theme first but if you want a helping hand in your projections this is (for me ) definitely the way go. And I view it ( and this has been comunicated to me while asking for advice while lucid) as an intensive training period.
