I have had a bottle of galantamine + choline (4mg + 200mg) for a while now. I took it once in the day just to make sure I wouldn't have a bad reaction in the middle of the night and that time I had quite bad gastrointestinal symptoms. I took it a further time during the day and no longer experienced the gastrointestinal issues. Last night I took a pill for the first time after 5+ hours sleep (at approx 5am). I was quite disappointed as I didn't really lucidity at all and I actually had a more clearer dream before I took the pill. I was expecting a lot as I have read the Yuschak book and so many reviews online seem to say this is so very effective for attaining lucidity. I am wondering what I did wrong? I was a bit hyped about taking it (and also a bit nervous) but fell asleep after about 45 mins. When I woke up at 9am, I had had no lucid dreams (in fact I don't remember having any dreams at all after going back to sleep ).
I take quite a combination of other vitamins during the day. Does anyone know if any of these could be suppressing the effectiveness of the lucid dreaming combo?
I take 1 omega 3/6 1000mg fish oil tablet, 2 x green tea 850mg with magnesium, 2 x biotin 2000 mcg and 4 x 750mg MSM.
Obviously if any of these could be suppressing the galantamine+choline pill, then I won't take them on the day I want to have a lucid dream.
