      were is rem on this?

      i got the iphone app sleep cycle alarm clock, and used it last night.
      and i was wondering on the graph it shows were is rem or dreaming?
      is it were it reaches the peaks or were it says dreaming, alot above deep sleep and a bit below awake???

      Yeah, it should be the point barely below of awake, that's at least how most scales in terms of sleep/awake/REM work, and it looks like thats the case here as well. I wouldn't give you guarantee on this answer though.
