Any effective lucid timers or sounds?

Do you guys know of any free subliminal messaging, induction, brainwave, or sound mp3s that are effective in aiding with getting Lucids?

Moved to lucid aids.

I haven't had any personal experience with such things.

I wrote a subliminal messaging feature in Liquid Dream and it can play mp3s or recordings during different stages of the REM cycle.
