Hm... I think that the reason why peanut butter works is because of the peanuts. Peanuts contain vitamin B6, witch is said to give more vivid dreams but I don't think nutella have peanuts in it. But if you don't have it, buy it! |

Okay, so I've heard from a lot of places that eating peanut butter before sleep helps you attain lucidity or something like that. Well, I only have Nutella (that chocolate, hazelnut, peanut butter copy cat). Does that work the same way? |

You can pick up B6 at loads of stores, if you are in england I got mine from Holland and Barrett. But I experienced no change in vividness of dreams! |

..I *wish* Nutella would help, I'd have an excuse to have it every evening XD |

Spoiler for Dream Goals:
Hm Id say no, seeing as peanut butter done nothing for me. B6 has varying results, for me anyway. I find the best recall/vividness booster is getting up once or twice at night, going to the toilet and straight back to bed (with the lights off) |
