Thread: Melatonin TR +B6

So I went ahead and tried this last night and oh my god...At first i fell asleep fine but then I woke up 2 hours later and couldn't fall back asleep no matter what I did. When ever I closed my eyes I would get creepy images such as evil faces or just messed up memories..I noticed that this supplement gave me what I thought was some intense memory recall cause I was thinking about things I had forgot about. When I did finally fall asleep I did have a little nightmare, nothing to extreme though. I actually laughed in my nightmare because I think I was aware what was going on, what exactly happened was in my dream I felt a presence while playing a computer game, the laptop was on my lap obviously lol..and something was trying to lift it up. Imagine when you have to magnets next to each other they are trying to push each other away. It was that kind of force..So my laptop flew up along with my phone and I went over to check my phone and I saw two zombie like beings on the screen and at first i got scared but then i realized it was just a open safari page so i just clicked back and chuckled. Then the weird part in my dream i started to become paralyzed and then I woke up.

I did my normal Reality checks and I was sure enough fully awake.

I have not tried the tablets you are using but I have used Melatonin 3mg also by
Natrol they did as I recall give me fairly weird dreams.
I will give one a try tonight using wbtb.
