      What Supplements, ect. Help Improve LDing?

      I'm just curious what kinds of vitamin and mineral supplements help with LDing. Preferably they are considered safe by science, I'm a growing boy after all (wouldn't want to stunt my growth!), and also it would be nice if it wasn't something that would make my parents give me weird looks if I were to purchase it. Thanks.

      Piracetam has been helping me have lucid dreams. I think there is a bunch of threads in the research board that might be able to help you.
