Kelly Howells Lucid Dreaming Binaural Beats

Kelly Howell has 2 audio lucid dreaming tracks, the first one you can listen to whenever you want, you can listen to it while your working, reading, relaxing, sleeping, whatever. I'm currently listening to it as I write this guide.

Her second track, you can listen to it just before you go to sleep or while you sleep. You must listen with headphones.

If you don't lucid dream in the first night of listening to her tracks, then don't give up. Because these tracks help reprogram your brain, meaning the more you listen to them the more chance you have of Lucid dreaming and the tracks also help you remember your dreams.

What the tracks do is play soft sound of ocean waves, while playing subliminal messages to your brain. You can't hear them, but Kelly Howell tells you what subliminal messages it says on her website. Which are the following:

Each night I am becoming more conscious of all my dreams.
While I am dreaming, I remember that I am dreaming.
My dreams offer many signals to remember that I am dreaming.
I take control of my dreams and become lucid.
While I am dreaming I recognize that I am dreaming.
Every dream offers clear signals that I am dreaming.
I recognize dream signs and remember that I am dreaming.
I remember my dreams and write them down.
When unusual things happen, I instantly ask, “is this a dream?”
I have many dreams that I remember. I’m good at remembering my dreams.
My dreams are inspiring and enlightening.
I am a lucid dreamer.
I intend to have lucid dreams tonight.
While I am dreaming I remember to ask, “am I dreaming?
It’s easy to take control of my dreams and become lucid.
Awareness now.
I am aware in the dream world.
Lucid dreaming is easy and fun.

I recommend you try them especially if you haven't had a lucid, as these tracks gave me my first lucid! and the best thing is all you have to do is listen to them throughout the day/night so it takes no effort!

1st try = remembered 5 dreams in 1 night, some of them vivid.
2nd try = Dild
3rd try = Nothing

So yes, they did help me, there best to listen to just before you go to sleep.

There is free versions you can listen to on youtube and download the tracks off youtube and put them on itunes etc YouTube to MP3 Converter - Video2mp3, not really tried any but there free.

Spotify has a number of subscribers who have binaural and hypnotics, many of which are lucid dream-related. Search Technomind, Binaural, and BMV Series (Brainmind Voyages). Happy travels.

Going to try track 2 tonight right before I go to sleep, I'll post my results tomorrow. This will be the first time I have listened to just before sleep, as I usually do this before I watch TV.
