Lucidity App?
It's a Free LD induction app. I want the DreamZ app but I'm not gonna pay. Lucidity plays a sound every 15 or 30 minutes. If you are still awake when it plays the sound you question your reality. You will want to train yourself to question the sound, when you sleep (you leave it on overnight). You usually can wear headphone with it....
Tell me I this would be effective.
Again, it's called Lucidity

I have bought and am trying Dreamz... will try this too at some point. Although I would imagine this would be less effective if it plays all night...

Not sure if it even works yet...
Also, if you want to discuss DreamZ, i would recommend this topic: http://www.dreamviews.com/f11/dreamz-app-129660/
This topic is on the Lucidity App.
(Just trying to keep us on topic :P)

I got some familiar app to that, atleast what's explained here. But it's a free app called "dream check reminder" or something that I before tried to use for remembering of doing reality check on the days. Didn't try the app very much, but I guess it would atleast increase the chance abit if doing it daily

Interesting... I find that using electronic aids for me dont work... as in it doesnt make me lucid more often. Thats probably because i rarely see/use any technology in my dreams.

I find it hard to sleep with headphones on though.

iPod External speaker? It's well loud enough unless you don't want to disturb someone else...
