Also, when I took b6, I took it before bed I'm pretty sure.
But do not take it every day.
Yea take it at night like a couple times a week? If you take it every day for a while your body will have a surplus buildup and you wont have to take it for like 2 weeks
You can take it before bed but many say that it's most effective during the WBTB. I tried it last night during WBTB and my dreams were super realistic, enough that I almost questioned if I was dreaming, but it seemed too real that I just decided it wasn't a dream.
Edit: Just a side note, be careful with how much you take, if you take more than 100mg per day for a while it can be toxic. I usually limit how much I take it to about 3 times per week
