      Natural Timed-Release B-50 Complex Vitamins?

      Hey guys and gals. First post here. I've always read a lot about lucid dreaming and found it fascinating, but never really decided to put any effort into learning how to make it happen. I've done a bit of reading and found that vitamin B, in different forms helps to create more vivid dreams, which leads to more memorable dreams, leading to lucidity. So I figured I'd make this my lazymans attempt at it

      Anyhow, I picked this stuff up at Wal-Mart called Natural Timed Release B50 B-complex....Its got a bunch of stuff, among which are the B's that I've read are helpful such as B6 50mg (2500% daily dose), B12 50mg (833% daily dose) and B5/ pantothenic acid 50mg (500% daily dose).....

      Now heres the question. After some research, I've found a few lucid dreaming sources online that say not to take this every day because of the high percentages which will start to cause side effects, and to only take it a few times a week......BUT....

      Now im looking at the bottle and it says take once daily with a meal? Surely if they write that on the bottle, it can't be dangerous to take daily? Whom do I believe here..

      Anyway, any suggestions are appreciated. Just figured I'd at least buy this stuff to fool my mind into thinking I'm taking lucid dreaming more seriously Thanks..

      Vitamins aren't regulated by the FDA for a reason. It's basically impossible to overdose on them. Your body uses what it needs and pees out the rest. But for this reason they're also unlikely to provide you much benefit, unless you're experiencing a vitamin deficiency.
