Audio files? tips?

Well, now I've read 2 tutorials on the wiki sites and both leads to the pinned topic in this forum, this one Audio Aid Repository
The links there, doesn't work for me, the audio links. Does it work for anybody? or are they gone/broken?

I just would like to get some tips of audio files I can listen to while sleeping (I reading EILD atm).
Anybody who got tips?
I got some binaural beats and relaxing musics, but what is needed when sleeping? Is there anything somebody recommand that might increase chance of becoming lucid?
