'Lucid Aids' is the sub-forum :)
As there are many induction techniques then there are a plethora of mp3's to suit variuos induction techniques. One that pops to my mind isn't an mp3 but a flash timer that has brought many people lucid dreams. Don't worry about the sales pitch, the timer is free and a great tool downlaod here :)
Thanks a lot. By the way, can you explain me what's flash timer?
P.S. Will test tonight and post results tomorrow.
The timer is a standalone application that uses the flash multimedia platform. The download should enclose instructions for the timer.
I got a problem. I acutally don't know what to do with that timer .. ;d
Have you downlaoded it?
Yes I did download it, there's a bunch of mp3s, which of them I should upload to my iPod and listen to? And should I listen it now(My first sleep for the day) or when?
You need to use the flash timer on your pc or laptop. I will go to the creator's forum and post the instructions here.
Okay, I'm waiting. Take your time.
Ive been to the forum. The search function is very unhelpful, it could take me days to find the right page. Ive found out that the mp3's you have downloaded are mp3 recordings of the timer so you can use those instead. The downloads must contain instructions.
Moved to Lucid Aidsss
If your ipod is jailbroken and you dl it, it will show up in ifiles (assuming you have it, if not get xsellize or insanelyi repo and get it free) That's what I did
Hi there, go on your PC or laptop and go to lucidology.com. Type in your name and your email and then click on "take me to the tricks" you will then come to a page with 4 different things on it, just click on lucid timer, now you will come to a full page with the timer on. You can either choose the 4 different timer options on the page or in the boxes for the timer on the left of the page you can delete the mins and type in your own. It's so, so easy you really can't go wrong. It's the easiest one out there. Now just plug your earphones in and lie down and go to sleep and the timer will wake you. Choose it to ring 27 times each time it goes off and have your volume so that it's loud enough to wake you. It's very good, I use it all the time. Let me know if you get stuck and I'll help you :)
I had a lucid the first time I used the timer on a 4 minute base setting. After that I found that the timer wasn't working so I changed to a 3 minute interval setting. I still didn't hear the alarm. So I attached pc speakers to my laptop to increase the volume. Still couldn't wake me up. I then built a contraption with a speaker on a plank of wood so the speaker was literally a couple of inches away from my head. Still wouldn't wake me up. I made sure it was working by trying whilst awake and wow that speaker was damn loud. I gave up and haven't used it since.
