Glucosamine and Chondroitin

Hi all. I've recently needed to take glucosamine and chondroitin for my chronic knee injury, and I've found that every time I take the stuff my dream recall vanishes, and is still gone for a long time afterwards even once I stop taking it. I have very good dream recall so I'm familiar with its high and low times, and this supplement is the only thing that I've changed in my diet so I have suspicions that that might be the problem. That being said, has anyone had any experiences with glucosamine and chondroitin that have resulted in death of dream recall? It might just be me and the way my body reacts to the stuff, but I'm interested to see if anyone else has had any similar problems with the sup. Thanks guys!

I have found the same thing to be true. I'll remember dreaming but none of my dreams. If I only take one pill in the morning, I can still remember my dreams and have a little pain relief too.
