I live in England and I had to order my galantamine from the USA a couple of years ago because it can't be sold here without a prescription. There is a prescription drug that contains galantamine as it eases the symptoms of Alzheimers diseease. 200 mg of Choline bitartrate with wake back to bed will help you to remember your dreams.

Please click on the links below, more techniques under investigation to come soon...

Thank you McWillis, I will try to order in USA but Due to Big Pharma influence, German Customs often returns bottles of legal supplements...
You know German Customs is a little bit strange, because of this I wild like to buy in EU...then is not German Customs anymore!!!
Where do you order yours? Do you have the Link?
Thanks again for answer.....and sorry for my english)

Eh I don't find either of them very helpful, but good luck.

To me a good diet is important, but I have tried most recommended dreaming vitamins and supplements, - and I don't recommend any.

sugar = restless sleep, waking with a craving, uncomfortable teeth etc.
To be clear, I just meant avoid sugar before bed.
