WBTB+ Galantamine+5htp = LD/AP

Okay so after 2 months of trail and error i have found a supplement cocktail that produces lucid dreams and astral projections consistently for me and I hope it can do the same for you. :shadewink:

LD & AP Supplement Protocol

1) Get 4-6hrs of sleep

2) Perform a mentally stimulating activity('s) for 1hr to 1hr 30 mins

3) 10 mins into Mentally stimulating activity take 4mg of "Galantamind"

3) Get in a warm or hot shower to help come down and relax

4) Just before going back to bed take 200mg of "Natrol 5-htp TIME RELEASE"

5) As you fall asleep play soothing music in the background

6) Repeat protocol atleast 48 hours inbetween.

you mean read a book or something that doesnt involve electronic devices?
4) Just before going back to bed take 200mg of "Natrol 5-htp TIME RELEASE"
i will try find 5-htp but any replacement?

Hi. If reading is something you enjoy doing early in the morning then by all means do that because it is definitely a gd mental activity. I personally partake in online game play for 45 mins to an hour, because I'm forced to out think my opponent to win a match. I've got better results when doing this before going back to bed. I can only speak on the specific 5 htp I use but their are plenty of alternatives out there at your local vitamin store or online. If linkin park helps you go to sleep then by all means but don't blast it! I play my daughters classical music. DMAE is good for extending the dream.

That's interesting it works for you. 5-HTP is suppose to supress your REM for a couple of hours and then give you REM rebound later that night. I do take GM and Choline together at WBTB, but when I take 5-HTP, it's about 1 hour before I go to sleep, so when I do WBTB 4 hours into my sleep, 5-HTP is not in my system anymore. Happy dreams:)

Hi. Gab. I've tried 5htp the other way around for REM rebound later the next morning and what I get is vivid dreams the first 4hrs and lack luster dreams the last 4. But I don't take 5htp for REM rebound though I use it as a sleep aid because just 4mg of Galantamine alone keeps me up for hours. 5 htp helps calm me down to sleep and I still get the vivid dreams benefit from it during the last 4 hrs of sleep. Sometimes I take dmae supplement in the last 4 hours because it helps stabalize the dream and extends it to what seems like hours.

I'm glad that it works for you:) I take Alpha GPC to prolong the lucids. It's peak time is 3 hours after you take it, so it picks up, where choline, which has 1 hour peak time (same as GM), leaves off. I take GM, Choline and Alpha GPC at WBTB.
