Ginkgo-Biloba and Bacopa? Anyone Tried Either/Both? This One Has Both In One Tablet:

This combo combinds both Ginkgo and Biloba into one 600MG pill with Bacopa-Monniera. Dr. Oz has recommend them both for memory recall, and higher awareness. I heard both are really good for general health and memory (I dont need it for memory, my memory is beyond fine)...but awareness...well I can space out a lot at work haha, and as a nature safe Lucid Dream aid looks good. (Alternatives for LD...I dont believe one should use these things even G+C no more than twice a week).
