I bolded the things I thought would help the most, these are based on 2k calorie diets. What do you guys think about this?
Also if you combined this with meditation at night it would definetly give you at the least a huge boost in recall

It has a lot of sugar in there for one helping. I believe most 99 cent stores have B suppliments with both B6/12. I seen them in ours that comes with 30 pills for like $1.00. Walmart/Target/Cosco all have it.

Have to be careful with B6. Everything I read says not too take too much or it an eventually cause nerve damage or something. I believe no more than 2MG or something like that.

Is just me...I can only say...its just me...so may not work for anyone. But Bananas seem too help me LD more. If I wake up in the morning and have a banana it aids in the LD. Mayone one before bed too? I dont know.

"Taking vitamin B6 on a regular basis reduces pain on a longer term. The amount of B6 that you can take daily without adverse effects is 100 milligrams. According to the National Institute of Health, taking more than that per day can result in nerve damage to your arms or legs." -- ehow.

I personall don't know the affects Magnesuim has on LDs. But, don't forget you can also buy these suppliments in pure solo form. If you run "Magnesium" through Amazon you can get a few hits. The average is about 200-400mg with about 200 capsules (give and take depending on the bran) for about $15.00.

You can get all vitamins and supplements in you local health store, like GNC, or stores like Sprouts, Henry's market, CVS pharmacy, that are less expensive than GNC. Before you go, research the dosage you want to take, as they have many different sizes in the store.
