Don't underestimate Chamomile.

I tried Damiana, I tried Calea zacatechichi, and noticed no effects as far as dreams are concerned. What works best to give me vivid dreams? Chamomile.

Yes, that's right. Simple Chamomile tea. It might sound unbelieveable, but from all teas I've tried so far, it is Chamomile tea that gives me the most vivid dreams.

I make a strong tea, 2 teabags in one tea cup, about 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime. I also find that Melatonin increases dream vividness, but Chamomile works for me the best.

Try it, and see if it works for you.

This sounds like a very pleasant idea. I would bet you're not the only one this works for. I suspect others have tried it in the past.
