      does the mid theta 5hz binaural beats help with lucid dreaming?

      Because I have an app that can play mid theta 5hz, and I was wondering if I could use it to my advantage

      Binarual beats have been a point of debate for skeptics and believers alike. It definitely varies from person to person, in my opinion, I don't think they work. I've tried popular programs such as I-Doser and just common HD youtube videos with good quality stereo headphones and have had no notable effects.

      I'm not sure what effect it would have on lucidity, but from my experience, listening to binaural beats while falling asleep has given me some crazy abstract dreams that you may find fun
