EILD ( Remee sleep mask)
Okay well some people say that when their brain gets used to their alarm sound it kind of filters out the noise while sleeping and it doesn't wake you up. Well if my brain gets used to the lights flashing will my body ignore it and I wouldnt be able to become lucid ? Just wondering before I buy it..^_^

Well.. I think your brain will get used to it but not in a bad way. It will recognize the lights, you will then realize it's a mask and then realize it's a dream. I had a app on my phone that played a sound of a lake in my REM sleep and I got used to hearing it and it would make me realize Im dreaming

Moved to Lucid Aids
The lights on a sleep mask will basically just give you a dream sign.
You need to train yourself to recognize this dream sign in your dreams. Otherwise, you will see these lights in your dream, but they will be part of your dreamscape, as maybe flashing sun, or lights on a police car, or just some flashing lights.
But this by itself will not get you lucid. You should train yourself by doing reality checks on some situations or items, on your dream signs and at random, and some awareness training and mantras in waking life, so you will start doing them in your dreams also.
