Thread: Mugwort and shamansgarden "Dreamer's Blend" Tea/Smoke

I have had about 2 lucid dreams so far not vivid at all but I remember doing a reality check and waking up. I feel like ive had more than that and my dreem recall is pretty good so I decided to buy Mugwort and shamansgarden "Dreamer's Blend" Tea/Smoke to try and increase the vividness of my dreams and my recall has anyone ever used these and if so what are the best ways to do it please and thank you.
