      Vitamins B6 and B12

      When are the best times to take these supplements and how often for the best results? I want to achieve my first lucid dream and hope these can be a catalyst to help me do so.

      Vitamins can help you with getting your dreams more vivid and detailed, but not get you lucid. And even for dream enhancement, they are not a magic bulet. They may work some days and not work the others. Your best bet, besides taking supplements, is to concentrate on your RCs, dream journal, awareness training and mantras.

      I had best luck with taking B6 early in the afternoon. Not sure why, maybe placebo effect. Most people talk about taking them before bed.

      Hi all, can someone give me an advice?I bought vitamin B6, but one pill contains only 20 mg piridoxin!May i take 5 pills to have the 100 mg??
      I need to take them 2 hours b4 going to bed at night?

      I personally had better results with 50mg than with 100mg. You should maybe start with 20 mg and see how it goes. Be aware, that B6 is toxic at higher doses. You should probably not even take it every day. There is a lots of threads here on B6, please check them out, but also do your research to learn about B6 being toxic at higher doses. It can cause nerve damage.
