Galantamine Regimen?
Sup everybody?
I recently obtained a bottle of galantamine because I've heard it can have phenomenal impact on the occurrence of lucid dreams.
I am wondering if anybody who has had experience before could chime in on the most efficient method to benefit from galantamine? The bottle wasn't horribly expensive but it's been kind of hit or miss the few times I've tried it so far in terms of LD and I'd like to get the most out of my investment.
Thanks in advance!

Moved to Lucid Aids
Dose should be 4 - 8 mg of GM plus 250-500 mg of choline. GM by itself - not sure if it does anything with regards to lucid dreaming. They are to be taken at WBTB. Have you read Advanced lucid dreaming - the power of supplements by Thomas Yuschak? Check it out, tons of info about GM, choline and other supplement and when to take them, doses and such.

I used to take galantamine and nothing else during WBTB, I believe it was 4-8mgs... worked extremely well for me. Some of the most vivid and long-lasting LD's I've ever had.

I did an 8mg dose of Galantamine last night (brand Galantamind) which includes 100mg of Choline per pill, so 200mg total. I added an extra 200mg of Choline bitartrate separately. I had the experience just like Ryan Hurd describes at Review of Galantamine: the Lucid Dreaming Pill | dream studies portal
It worked. Went to bed at 11:30, woke up at 2am. Took the doses, started a WBTB. Entered sleep paralysis, tried to stay calm and remember my intent. Woke up in my bed, in a lucid dream. Woke up again around 5am, and tried another WBTB but did not get it. Then woke up finally at 8:30 and felt sorta crappy until the afternoon. I took some Piracetam to counter the effects. I'll probably wait a week to try again.
